[METACRITIC] 2 DISAPPOINTED RPG AT THE SAME TIME :(

Today, 2 new RPG released world wide are: Star Ocean Integrity and Faithlessness & The Technomancer. But unfortunately, those 2 are not get the best as they could.
Let's see the critics said about those two:

First is Star Ocean Integrity and Faithlessness:

+ Gamespot: 5/10
"Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness' payoff was not worth the time I put into it. The story feels bloated and empty, with no worthwhile emotional payoff in character development or narrative. Combat and its subsequent upgrade systems are genuinely fun, but the overall experience is held back from being great by issues elsewhere."

+ Polygon: 5/10

"I hate being so harsh on Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness, because I love the series, and I’m excited by the potential for greatness within its conceits. For the first fourth of the game, I believed it might realize that potential. By its end, Integrity and Faithlessness feels like a black hole, its good ideas never able to escape the pull of an underwhelming, underdeveloped game."

+ Game Informer: 5/10

"Recycled content, excessive grinding, boring fetch quests, and bad save points are just some of its smaller shortcomings. What's more concerning is its inability to give you reason to care about the characters or the journey. In a generation where RPGs are pushing the boundaries with better storytelling and unique worlds, this just isn't going to cut it. It's sad to see a franchise that once captivated me continue to fall from grace."

+ Destructoid: 6/10

"Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness is a weird game in that it's a by-the-books RPG one minute, and a completely new feeling the next."

+ CGMagazine: 7.5/10

"While Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness pulls together a strong story and great gameplay, it's plauged by technical issues."

+ Playstation Lifestyle: 8/10.

"The game’s presentation feels very dated, graphics performance fluctuates, players new to the franchise may feel left out in the cold, and the story is somewhat predictable. Yet, despite these issues, the game is ultimately very fun for RPG fans, both Japanese and Western, thanks to the meaty campaign, countless strategy options, and numerous unlockable and upgradeable skills and roles. Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness is a perfect time-sink to game away those lazy summer afternoons on."

Total Metacritic until now with 12 critics on PS4, is: 60/100

And the final RPG of this month is: The Technomancer.

+ God is a Geek: 5/10.
"The Technomancer, like Bound by Flame before it, tries to be too much like the genre leaders instead of finding its own way, and ends up falling short of the mark."

+ TheSixthAxis: 5/10.

"I was never engrossed, enticed, or even entangled in The Technomancer’s web of dystopian dreams. It’s competently made – there’s been far worse games reviewed on TSA recently – but what felt mildly interesting in trailers turned out to be perhaps the most boring science fiction adventure I’ve ever played."

+ Push Square: 5/10.

"Its approach to open ended gameplay is appreciated and its combat is fun enough for the first ten hours, but the game eventually loses steam and its story is nothing worth shouting about. To make matters worse, technical problems harm the experience to the point where you'll find it hard to care about the characters during what are supposed to be emotional scenes."

+ Attack of the Fan Boy: 6/10.

"The Technomancer's big sci-fi ambition is marred by its lack of polish and botched execution in a couple of big areas. It won't win any awards on the presentation side of things, but the core gameplay nevertheless elevates it and delivers some fast and chaotic fun. It's just too bad that the overall package wasn't able to come together as well as it could have."

+ XGN: 7/10.

"This is a game full of potential successes. Unfortunately it lacks atmosphere and features a few annoying elements. Still it is worth a try because of all the options and the changing storylines it offers, but not at full price."

+ We Got This Covered: 8/10.

"The Technomancer tries hard to grab some originality in a very congested genre market. While it doesn't always stand out on its own, it does enough with a familiar formula and a solid story to make it more than worth your time. The Techomancer's tale is certainly one worth telling."

Total Metacritic with 17 critics on PS4, (until now) is: 67/100.
